Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligible Returns

If your return is received and accepted, we will refund you the amount of the product that was purchased. There are no refunds for return shipping unless your order was either damaged during shipment or under warranty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Product Warranty

The Door Jamb Assist, Tactical Door Jamb Assist, and Accessory Kit ("the product") come with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including material and workmanship issues, that may arise during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover injury or accidents to any person or property caused by misuse, abuse, modifications, or accidents of any kind. If any defects or issues with the product arise, the customer must return the product to the manufacture, with proof of purchase. The manufacture will inspect the returned product, and if it is determined the product failed due to manufacturing defects, the manufacture will either repair or replace the product, at its sole discretion, free of charge, provided that the issue is covered by the warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product to the manufacturer. If it is determined the product failed due to a manufacturing defect, the customer will be reimbursed the cost of shipping, with proof of shipping cost provided. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may result from the use or misuse of the product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or use. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to this warranty at any time without prior notice. By using the product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
